A regular staple at Christmas Lunch tables, we are offering a delicious trifle for you to enjoy with your family. In a lovely glass bowl that you can keep!

Made with love in our kitchen at Lithgow with lashings of the best housemade vegan whipped cream in two delicious flavours;

• Black Forest Trifle. Chocolate cake, cherry jelly, chocolate custard, vanilla whipped cream and chocolate ganache, garnished with shaved chocolate and fresh cherries. 

• Summer fruits Pavlova Trifle. Passionfruit cake, peach and yuzu jelly, fresh mango, traditional vanilla custard, vanilla whipped cream, garnished with fresh strawberries and crispy meringue (on the side, for you to put on top when you serve it!).

We are offering pickup only from Secret Creek for these beauties. Pick up will be on 23 December 2023 between 10am - 3pm
